Melissa Clowes has been a valued member of the Property Management team at Ray White Annerley since June 2020. Beginning her career in Property Management, Melissa later transitioned into Administration before stepping into her current role as Compliance Officer, where she oversees smoke alarm compliance and broader regulatory requirements across the property portfolio.
In her role, Melissa ensures all managed properties meet current safety regulations and legislative standards. She coordinates inspections, maintenance, and compliance documentation with a high level of care and precision, helping to safeguard both property owners and tenants.
Known for her diligent and detail-oriented approach, Melissa takes great pride in maintaining high safety standards. She works closely with property managers, contractors, and compliance providers to ensure smoke alarm systems are correctly installed, tested, and maintained in accordance with Queensland legislation.
